2 Tbsp butter
1 ½ lbs raw prawns, peeled
Humble & Frank HURRICANE SRIRACHA SAUCE AND MARINADE
½ c heavy cream
2 Tbsp minced fresh chives
2 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro leaves
Your favourite baguette
Lemon wedges to serve
In a large sauté pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add prawns and cook, tossing frequently just until pink on the outside, about 3 minutes. Add HURRICANE SRIRACHA SAUCE and cream and cook for another 3 minutes until sauce is warm and prawns are cooked through.
Add chives and cilantro and toss.
Serve with sliced baguette and lemon wedges (and bubbly!)
