1 ½ lb fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
¾ lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 shallots thinly sliced
10 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tbsp butter

In a large pot with a steamer basket, steam beans until just tender, about 5 minutes. Immediately plunge into an ice bath to stop cooking. Drain well.
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add mushrooms and shallots, and cook until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add the bacon and stir fry 2 minutes more.
Add the beans to the pan. Stir fry until cooked through and slightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add the butter and the MAUI SAUCE to taste. Stir everything together until well heated and the butter is melted through.
Serve immediately with roasted chicken or turkey and mashed or roasted potatoes.
