HAWAIIAN SESAME
FISHKABOBS

ingredients | Serves 4
1 ½ – 2 lbs white fish (halibut works great!) chopped into large cubes
Humble & Frank HAWAIIAN SESAME SOY SAUCE AND MARINADE
1 medium zucchini, chopped into cubes or ribbons
1 small red onion chopped into large pieces
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Soak 4 wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
Marinate fish in HAWAIIAN SESAME SOY SAUCE, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Thread fish, zucchini and onion onto skewers. Heat grill to medium-high. Brush a large piece of aluminum foil with olive oil and lay over grill. Place skewers on top and grill skewers for 8-12 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fish is cooked through.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with peppery arugula and a light dressing
