q: Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, our cocktail sauce, lemon honey, lemon butter, chipotle lime, tequila lime cocktail, gluten-free beer batter, and all our rubs are gluten-free. We ensure no gluten is present before production by performing specific cleanliness swabs.

q: Is your gluten-free beer batter mix also nut-free?

Yes, our gluten-free batter is nut-free and produced in a certified nut-free facility.

q: Does the Tartar Sauce contain nuts?

No, our tartar sauce is completely free of nuts, and the facility is nut-free.

q: What is the shelf life of your batters?

Our batters, being dry goods, have a 2-year shelf life.

q: What if Humble & Frank products are unavailable or discontinued in my area?

If our products are not available locally, you can order directly from us. We are currently working on our online store, which will be available soon. In the meantime, we accept direct orders for a minimum of 5 products, priced at $5.99 each.

Once our online store is live, you’ll be able to place orders directly through our website with just a few clicks. We’ll offer our full range of products, and you’ll be able to manage your orders conveniently from your account. Keep an eye on our website and social media for the announcement of our store launch!

The Best Before date is printed vertically on the front of the label (MM/DD/YY). If it's not printed, it may be a sticker, or you can provide the lot number for exact production dates.
