16-20 large raw shrimp, peeled
2 smoked chorizo sausages, sliced into 6 pieces each
8 large cherry tomatoes
Humble & Frank LEMON HONEY HERB SAUCE AND MARINADE
Micro greens, parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
In a long, shallow dish, soak 4-8 (depending on length) bamboo skewers for at least 30 minutes. (Metal skewers will also work).
Thread shrimp, chorizo pieces and cherry tomatoes on the skewers. Lay on a plate or a large sheet pan and brush generously with LEMON HONEY HERB SAUCE.
Heat an oiled grill or a stovetop griddle or cast iron pan to medium high heat. Sear the skewers on all sides until shrimp is cooked through, about 6 minutes total. Display on a platter and scatter micro greens, if using, overtop.
Serve immediately with white rice or toasted pita bread.
