Heat a grill to medium heat.
Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and brush with olive oil.
Place cut-side down on the grill and cook, lid closed, until tender, 7-10 minutes. Flip over, brush with TERIYAKI SAUCE and grill for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately as a side to grilled meat or fish, rice, and extra teriyaki sauce.
